This closed door, high level discussion exclusively for Buyers of Customer Facing Technology is the think tank you need to reach the next stage of your deployment. Discuss the top issues facing your peers in their organizations and deployments and learn from each other how to improve, expand or add to your current Customer Facing Technology Program.

Agenda:

1:30 - 3:15 PM    Part 1: Discussion of top issues faced in attendee's organizations and deployments.
3:15 - 3:45 PM    Dessert Break - HOSTED BY NANONATION
3:45 - 4:30 PM    Part 2: Interactive Q&A discussion period with a panel of top industry experts, answering questions that arose in the private session as well as any questions from the floor

Attendee Qualification:

• The Customer Facing Technology Buyers Summit is open to any customer that has deployed at least one Customer Facing Technology Program - kiosk, self service, digital signage, mobile, etc., or a combination of them.

• Attendees must represent organizations that have deployed kiosk, self service, digital signage, or mobile projects and must be looking at how to improve, expand or add to their current program. Attendance by more than 1 representative from the same company will require special approval by show management.

• As an educational and networking forum, The Customer Facing Technology Buyers Summit allows its members an opportunity to speak candidly off the record about issues and programs which may be sensitive or confidential without risk of press exposure. As such, no members of the press, suppliers, analysts or consultants will be admitted to the Customer Facing Technology Buyers Summit.

• Approved attendees also receive a complimentary full access registration for KioskCom Self Service Expo and The Digital Signage Show from May 6-7, 2009.  Anyone not meeting the criteria above will not be approved for admission to the 3rd Annual Customer Facing Technology Buyer Summit.
