What is the 4th Annual Customer Engagement Technology & Strategies Summit?
The 4th Annual Customer Engagement Technology & Strategies Summit is a complimentary think tank style interactive workshop that provides attendees with a forum and opportunity to candidly discuss pressing customer engagement issues, concerns and digital media technology solutions, and to learn from each other. This event is designed for attendees with experience in planning or deploying customer engagement technology programs such as digital signage, kiosks, mobile, and other customer engaging technologies.

The 4th Annual Customer Engagement Technology & Strategies Summit provides a balanced environment for deployers and users to network, to learn, and to discuss industry best practices and trends, and is reserved for buyers only.

Attendees will have the opportunity to share what’s on their mind and to discuss how others are offering customer engagement solutions to meet – and sometimes exceed - customer expectations.

Approved attendees also receive a complimentary full access registration for KioskCom Self Service Expo and The Digital Signage Show from April 14-15, 2010.

Who Should Attend?
Whether you’re in the early stages of planning your customer engagement solution or you’re a seasoned implementer working to enhance your current offering, you will have an opportunity to meet and collaborate with individuals working on similar projects in an open, non-threatening environment.

Summit leaders Janet Webster and Paul Flanigan bring years of experience to the Summit, and will ensure you leave this session with direct knowledge from others’ experiences. They will facilitate an afternoon focused on helping you to reach the next stage of your deployment.

Summit Leaders:

Janet L. Webster, President – Creative Solutions Consulting
Janet Webster spent 10+ years in the US Postal Service Retail organization, launching the widely successful Automated Postal Center (APC) Kiosks. Janet is also the current President the Self-Service & Kiosk Association.

Paul Flanigan, Managing Partner – The Preset Group
Paul Flanigan is a Founder of The Preset Group. Prior to that, Paul developed, managed, and deployed Best Buy’s in-store network to over 1,000 stores around the world. When he arrived in 2005, he proved the network’s value to the brand, not just in selling the products it played on, but as a customer engagement experience for the entire store.


As an educational and networking forum, The Summit allows its members an opportunity to speak candidly off the record about issues and programs which may be sensitive or confidential without risk of press exposure. As such, no members of the press, suppliers, analysts or consultants will be admitted to the Summit. Admission approval is at the discretion of show management. Attendance by more than 1 representative from the same company will require special approval by show management.
