Randy Chancey
Manager - Food & Beverage Systems, Walt Disney World Resort
Randy Chancey, Manager, Food & Beverage Systems, WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT, Lake Buena Vista, Florida Randy Chancey's career at WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort began in 1992 as a summer assistant food and beverage supervisor at Epcot®. Today, as the manager of food and beverage systems, Randy leads a team of professionals who support the user community in regards to food and beverage-related systems, including dining reservations, table service restaurant fulfillment, point of sale, food safety (HACCP), and digital menu boards. Randy's first food and beverage managerial role was at Epcot® in 1995 and for the next several years, moved through a variety of food and beverage leadership roles throughout Disney Parks and Resorts. In 2003, he was tapped to be the business integration manager for the Destination Disney Project, where he led the integration of technology reinvestment for the company. He was promoted to his current role of manager of food and beverage systems in 2005.
Randy received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University and has completed his Master of Business Administration at Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business.
