Norma Wolcott started with IBM in 1982. She graduated from DePauw University with a major in Mathematics. Norma began her career at IBM as a software programmer in the systems management domain. She has held numerous management positions within software development ranging from test, to development to design and architecture. Norma is also a certified project manager and has spent six years within the marketing discipline. She joined Retail Store Solutions in 1999 in the role of software business manager for the RSS software portfolio and currently is the business executive responsible for the kiosk and printer product lines within the Retail Division.

Norma is married and has three children. She enjoys running, reading and coaching her son’s soccer team.
